Head of Design & Product Manager — ACSoftware (2024/Present)
I lead the UX/UI and CX strategy for omnichannel digital products.
I manage multiple teams working on products and services for clients in Edutech, Insurance, and Banking, ensuring quality standards and a clear design and product vision.
I oversee task/cost management, priority management, and go-to-market.
I founded and grew the Design department (now 5+ designers), leading complex design integration projects and implementing an optimized workflow that reduced contingency by 20%. I also oversee discovery and go‑to‑market for 2+ products focused on innovation, engagement, data and virtual reality.
Lead UX/UI Designer — Aruba S.p.A. (2023/2024)
I coordinated system integrators for the review of the customer experience across the group's entire portfolio of sites and guides, a major project still in progress (27 sites, 6 wikis).
I led a team of 4+ designers, managing continuous improvement activities and ensuring constant alignment with the tech and marketing teams.
I ensured consistency in the application of the design system across all new projects and contributed with the team to its maintenance and implementation.
Lead Product Designer — Qubica AMF Worldwide (2022–2023)
I led product discovery, UX research, and MVP definition for Neoverse, Qubica’s visionary new product for immersive bowling experiences, built in synergy with their core platform, Conqueror X.

WORK EXPERIENCE
As a member of R&D and cross-functional teams, I defined the strategy for products across kiosks, consoles, and devices. I led the release of high-impact features in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Together with other product designers, I addressed a design system/design ecosystem aimed at ensuring consistency across the entire application portfolio.
I designed a dedicated career path for the Design department, aligning it with the company’s reorganization and growth plans.
Lead Designer, UX/UI Expert — Unipol Gruppo S.p.a. (2016–2022)
I coordinated and supervised the development of multiple teams in the creation of new products and services beyond insurance for the group's COE on Mobility and Property..
I managed the redesign of UniSalute s.p.a.'s digital products/services in the healthcare industry, ensuring consistency and compliance with the brand and CX/UX across multiple digital touchpoints.
I designed 5+ applications offered to policyholders and several group websites in-house, and created management platforms for internal use in operations and legal.
I started and led UniSalute’s in‑house design team, dedicated to redesigning and elevating all multichannel digital services. One of our flagship projects, UniSalute Up, empowered customers to manage their health services more independently and cut call center volumes by 30%.

I worked on brand-centric UX/UI design for digital assets and web templates, ensuring and overseeing online brand consistency.
