I’m Simona, a Product Lead with a background as both a designer and, I’ll admit, a bit of a shopaholic. I live in Italy, where we care a lot about beauty, the little details that make a difference, making people feel good, enjoying life, and using creativity and ingenuity in everything we do (sometimes maybe a bit too much!).
These are the same things I naturally bring into my work.

I’ve worked across different sectors, from entertainment to industrial and software, but the space where I’ve really grown and put down roots is digital services. It’s where I learned how to build products that respond to business needs while also creating real value for the people who use them.
I want to work on products that become must-haves, not just nice-to-haves.

For me, the real challenge is making that happen: turning products into something people truly rely on, evolving them with clear direction and shaping ideas so that user needs and business goals don’t just meet, but reinforce each other.

I hope we care about the same things, and that we can meet in person to explore how to start a great journey working together.
