Led product vision and direction, driving discovery and research to identify opportunities, shape use cases, and guide feature definition and design decisions.

Project Manager & Lead Designer — Unipol Gruppo S.p.a. (2016 - 2022)
In my final role at UnipolSai’s Beyond Insurance COE, I led cross-functional teams across Health, Mobility, and Property ecosystems, driving product evolution from vision to rollout.
Built and led an in-house UniSalute design team, introduced digital governance and contributed to the evolution of UniSalute’s digital products ecosystem and brand.
Grew from UX/UI designer to Product and Design Lead, taking ownership of UniSalute’s digital ecosystem, including the customer app, reserved area, internal platforms, management and legal tools.
Led UniSalute Up from concept through launch and growth, a mobile app integrating core insurance services and improving user autonomy. The product reduced call center volume by ~30%, reached 1M+ downloads, and maintains a 4.5 rating across 22K reviews, driving digital adoption at scale. Awarded Le Fonti Best Health Insurance App of the Year.
